Mr. Chandra received his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Yeshiva University) in 1998, and served as the executive editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal.  In addition, he holds a master degree in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a bachelors degree in industrial engineering from the State University of New York in Buffalo.

Mr. Chandra is a member of Real Property Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, which addresses critical issues involving real property law.  He is also a member of the Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
